Manual Dial : Isnt this Misleading ?

Postby gmcust3 » Sat Mar 06, 2010 5:46 pm

When we dial a Number MANUAL DIAL , we see LIVE CALL IMAGE GREEN , even before the other Party picked up the call. Agent keeps shouting HELLO HELLO, realises later that its JUST means call is RINGING or just going , but NOT CONNECTED !!!
