Ouch! Can your agents see these calls in their "CALLS IN THIS SESSION" link at the bottom of their vicidial.php screen?

Have you talked to your provider about disconnecting calls that clearly have no other party on the other end that have been open for this long?

How Can They know there is no party in the other side? Well If they can do that would be great, but the problem that I see is there is a call from outside to the a conference. I think there are two parties in that channel.

The way that I know there is a problem with that channel is:
1. Check the amount of channels in the room
2. The time elapsed for every channel in that room
3. If the time is more than 45 minutes, something is wrong

Well If they can know that the number in the channel was hang up, would be nice

DIALEDPEERNUMBER=xxx:xxxxxxx@iax-2.binfone.com/19133xxxxx

How can I request for that service? something like Automatic Hang up when no party peer :P

You will have to ask BinFone about that, I do not know enough about there services to be sure if they could offer something like that to you or not..

I do know that there is a parameter in Asterisk for the Dial command to put a timer on all calls and hang them up after a specified amount of time.

I think it is the "S()" Dial flag:
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/index.php ... k+cmd+Dial

I have not used it, but it is supposed to work in the way you are looking for.
