Hi, i got

VERSION: 2.2.0-234
BUILD: 100116-0718
Asterisk 1.4.21.2

-and had 2 campaigns running at ratio of 4.0 with Adapt Intensity Modifier: 20 more intense. Problem is im getting only 20 calls being placed for the 2 campaigns in total:

campaign1 = 14 agents - 13 calls being placed
camapign2 = 8 agents - 6 calls being placed

-the calls being placed per campaign changes and varies but as total i get not more than 20 calls being placed, why is that..? and some times on the other campaign it will come to status that no calls are being placed. also then a minute it add up increment by 1 only, which is so slow.

I have already set it ratio to 4.0 and intensify the calls to 20.

use ADAPT_TAPERED in place of Ratio

-can ADAPT_TAPERED can increase my calls being placed on a per campaign basis..? how does it correct it..?

do not use the intensity as an attempt to make more calls. set it back to balanced. and reboot.

set your campaign's "available only tally" to YES

set your call timeout to 30 seconds instead of 60

set your calls per second to 2 or 3 (so as not to p@ss off your provider) this is set PER SERVER (admin->server)

set Max VICIDIAL Trunks to an appropriate number for your hardware/bandwidth for that server.

set your ratio to 1:1 and watch to see that it is working properly (1 call for each available agent). if it IS: slowly bring it up to higher levels and see where it fails to keep up. then we can find out why.

if it is NOT, we need to check a few more of your settings.
