I'm learning Vicidial, coming with an a2billing and previous asterisk experience, so I am not that scared.
Got here because some of my clients are call-centers and it seemed that vicidial is a good choice for them...since they run on manual, mostly.
Out of curiousity, where do you buy your minutes? Sorry if this is not the good place to ask...
