when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

Singe you're asking about vTiger it would probably be a good idea to include your vTiger version as well. You should also consider updating to the latest version of Vicidial in your branch to see if the problem is resolved.
Then consider looking at the phone numbers in the file being imported and being sure they are in the right location and have the right phone number (since that is the error).
I would also recommend trying it with 1 or 2 leads at a time until it works properly (4 minutes script execution can make troubleshooting take a long time).
