h guys i have laod leads on vtiger as what vtiger.txt told, problem is when loading leads on csv format all my leads are,

seeing this error.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

Singe you're asking about vTiger it would probably be a good idea to include your vTiger version as well. You should also consider updating to the latest version of Vicidial in your branch to see if the problem is resolved.

Then consider looking at the phone numbers in the file being imported and being sure they are in the right location and have the right phone number (since that is the error).

I would also recommend trying it with 1 or 2 leads at a time until it works properly (4 minutes script execution can make troubleshooting take a long time).

u will get the csv format to upload the leads to vtiger from vicidial

i have tried 2 different formats but still not working at all, still getting

installation method, vtiger version? have you succesfully imported a single lead with a manually created fie to get the format nailed down?

Installation method of vicidial is scratch install and with vtiger followed the VTIGER.TXT.

Yes the leads i want to load on vtiger i have the same format that i have load on viciidal and it works, but why in loading leads throguh vtiger i get is BAD PHONE NUMBER||

hm. one more time: the VERSION of vtiger would be helpful.

and have you looked at the content of the file that is being used to transfer the leads from one package to the other and checked the format to see what the flaw is? i'd recommend doing this with one or two leads to get it working.
