Hot Keys

Postby gmcust3 » Sat Aug 28, 2010 3:24 am

My Hot Keys are active.

On agent screen , we see a button on which , if an agent moves mouse it gets active and deactivate. But its very erratic when it get active and inactive.

Possible to have a check box on agent screen which says the status of the hot keys OR when Hot Keys are marked as Y , Hot Keys always Displayed ??

Would you really want it so that any time an agent presses a digit on their keyboard it hangs up the call at all times?

So if the agent is entering in the address for a customer and it is "1234 Main st.", Oops, just hung up on the customer...

This is why the mouse needs to stay over that button for HotKeys to be active, and if the mouse is off of that button there is no worry of accidentally triggering a hangup.

which means it's not actually "erratic", it merely requires your mouse to stay over the hot keys pad.

if it stays active when your mouse is NOT over the hot keys pad, you may have a conflict with your IE or Firefox plugins or version.
