Surveys on-demand for inbound callers

How could I do the following?

I'd like to automatically launch a press-1 survey call to ask a customer (only those that agreed to participate) if he/she is satisfied with the service just received in the recent call to the customer service line.

The process would be something like this:

1. While waiting on queue for an agent in an inbound campaing I want the caller to be prompted to accept or reject a callback call to evaluate the service he is about to receive. Either response doesn't matter to be transfered to a CSR.

2. Few minutes after caller was serviced by a CSR got an automatic call of press-1 type.


I'd appreciate your comments

Sounds like a fun agi script. Then you'll generate a "new lead" in another list with an ID field to match up to the original lead. At the end of the call (or day) you can have them "remerged" to the original lead if you want to have the data connected.

Sounds like a very cool app.

My knowledge is still basic in the agi field.

anyway, could you please, explain in more detail that agi procedure?
