CRM and ACD on remote locations

Hi,

is it possible to have the following / best implementations :
- web and DB server locally (ex : mauritius)
- ACD / predictive dialer on a hosting data center (Ex : France)

what are the advantages / disadvantages?

no. database server must have high availability to all other servers in cluster. lag during "wait for data" will bring down the cluster if you have more than one or two agents.

best bet is to have everything (all servers) in the hosting center with the Excessive Bandwidth.

also, this allows your agents to be ANYWHERE that has good internet to the data center.
