When chosing softphones for agents, is there any differences in quality between defferent brands?

To date I have not noticed a viable difference in quality, only features.

We use older versions of x-lite and zoiper because the older versions have more features (newer versions have features disabled). We also have clients who like 3CX as they say it handles 4 lines in the free version.
