vicidial autodialer/broadcast question

I need to buy an autodialer for telesales. Just found out about vicidial. Is this system reliable, will it make the calls quickly? I am currently using an online system but I think this would be cheaper in the long run. I was looking at Voicent but it looks really slow. Analog systems cant do the call transfer.
I am hoping that Vicidial is close to the online the system that I am currently using. That system seems fast and easy to use. Is Vicidial a good system for telesales?

vicidial will best suits for telesales. that all apart how you use based on your process.

vicidial is opensource you can have test drive by downloading and installing in a Pentium 4 machine.
vicidial is a webbased application so the call tranfers and conference is done via web client.
