Incorrect Login Time

Postby ivschakravarthi » Wed Jul 25, 2012 12:03 am

Hi,

The system is giving different login times for agents showing that they logged on later than when they received their first call.
For example,if the agent logs in at 8:00 AM
Under stats of that particular user,it showing as login time as 8 AM
In INBOUND/CLOSER CALLS FOR THIS TIME PERIOD,i can see that agent has started taking calls from around 7:15 AM.
It seems to occur for me evey day.

1) Welcome to the party! 8-)

2) when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) You'll need to show a precise example. Web page, section, line ... because it is entirely possible you are looking at the inbound calls completely unrelated to an agent.

4) Also, do you have any inbound routes or DIDs pointed directly to any agents? (As opposed to having all calls handled through a campaign?)

Hi,
Understood the problem
PHP page is taking one time and the agi is taking one time.
I think it was due to timezone settings.
Thanks

Hi,
I got one more issue.
Normally all the times for an agent, there should be an alternated login and logout time.
But some times,i found my for some of my agents ,they were consecutive logout times without login times and sometimes they were consecutive login times with out logout times.
Please suggest me what may be the problem...
