Total calls and answered calls

Total calls and answered calls

In the below pasted information ,the count of total calls today is 510 and Answered calls is only 232.
Where does all other calls went and why is the difference in the count came?
i have kept only one in group to make sure that all calls will be coming to only one in group.

Total calls - Answered calls = Not answered calls
and that is are NA (No Answer AutoDial), N (No Answer), B (Busy), AB (Busy Auto), DC (Disconnected) and so on
check the report "Outbound Calling Report" and you will see them
