call times should be set to 24 hours for testing empty hopper (and if you have altered the 24 hours call time ... change it back! LOL)

filter should be turned off to test empty hopper

campaign must have "dialable leads" before hopper will load. if it does not, empty hopper is not your problem: no dialable leads is the problem and you should jump to that subject. (the above two items deal with that issue and are 97% of the calls on that topic).

after that, check for "screens" via "screen -list" and if there are less than 7, the system is broken and the hopper is not your problem. then you would just to "missing screens"
