when we do call, we can see the number and all informations... but maybe 2 sec later the call is launch. so i want to know if it's possible to see information and maybe 10sec after that launch call

If that is happening, then you aren't using preview dialing properly. I would suggest reading the agent manual.

ok i see how, now it's ok... but i want more 
i see this nowhere or i need glasses, i want that my agent can see all leads on agent interface.
