Request for comments: Hangup all in conference upon logout

With the meetmeadmin patch to Asterisk 1.2.12-1.2.14 and the features built in to 1.4.0, we have the ability to program the vicidial.php page to hangup all calls in a meetme room upon the logout of an agent.

I can't think of any problems with this happening, I just wanted to run this by everyone before I add this to the code.
