What does TMA 1 & TMA2 mean in the real time report?

What does TMA 1 & TMA2 mean in the real time report?

I've looked in the manual and I cannot seem to find what they stand for?

Unfortunately, it's Italian, so I couldn't tell you :)

What it is in English is SLA or Service Level Agreement, and it's based upon the setting in an In-Group for calls answered before X seconds.
