New Call Centre

Am am opening a new call centre 30 seats all active. I just bought a server with the following specs: Fujitsi Primequest 1800 E2 Server, 32gig Ram and 3TB HDD.

Am am comparing GoAutoDial and Vicidial. Am looking to have them predictively dialing and ability to QC successfull sales.

What software should i use.

GOautodial is an open source web based call center system based on CentOS. It automatically installs the GOautodial applications (GOadmin, GOreports and GOagent), Vicidial, Mysql, PHP, Asterisk, Limesurvey and other open source software to have a fully functional call center system. An open source predictive dialer and inbound IVR + ACD system that rocks.

Vicidial is one of the core software of a GOautodial system. This means that GOautodial has all the features available from Vicidial (2.7 RC1) plus it's own web applications. This help users quickly learn and manage a very complicated yet very powerful predictive dialer system.
