system delay error manual dialling

Hi were doing manual , Above is the error in CLI and it the agent UI a pop up box appears and says system delay and they cant log-in unless i reboot the server or restart the asterisk service...What is the problem of this? Please help me solve this problem...Thanks. I Observe also that it will happen every 2 am gmt+8

Hi,, i have installed g729 codec but we used ulaw...it only happens at 2 am

If it only happens at 2AM check your crontab for 2AM executions and then check with your VOIP provider as well (they may reload their system at 2AM).

What "VOIP Issue" was it? Provider resetting their system?
