I have installed below the version and working fine for inbound process .

Ubuntu-12.04
Linux build-essential
asterisk-1.4.39.1
asterisk-addons-1.4.12
libpri-1.4.12
dahdi-linux-complete-2.6.0+2.6.0
asterisk-perl-0.08
PHP 5.3.10
Apache/2.2.22
MySql 5.5.29
Vicidial : VERSION: 2.8-403a


The problem is answer call data is not having vicidial_closer_log the , The missing data available in vicidial_agent_log table .

In vicidial_closer_log missing the auto increment value which is closecallid .

How to solve this issue . Please Advice

during the install, did you update the database table schema with the upgrade_2.X.sql files?
if you're on 2.8 then you should run every script up till upgrade_2.8.sql

I note that you did not list your entire installation process ... because it would be very long. This is why we suggest you post a Link to the instructions you used.

And, of course, if you upgraded after your installation, this would be a good thing to mention.
