I'm planing to install a new server with vicibox 4.0.3.
and I will have 100 operators for outbound.

Can someone give some advice about the parameters of the server required?

Vicibox v4 is very old now, I recommend you use the current version. The current version of ViciBox is v6. Additionally when you download it, grab the install documentation. On some of the very first pages are a sizing guide describing the hardware you will need to run a cluster of varying sizes. Including one of 100 seats.

Outbound manual dial?
Outbound 1:1 autodial?
Outbound normal call centr 2.5:1 dialing?
Outbound press one 80:1 dialing?

Ordinarily 100 agents = 4 dialers. At that level you should have a dedicated DB. You should also have a dedicated Web server (although some rooms can get away with a Web/DB and 4 dialers).
