Inbound call Error!

Hey guys!! I am having error while there is any inbound call. The incoming call is needed to get routed to a in-group but instead of that it is automatically received and and MOH is played and caller hears that "You are the only person in this conference" . is there anyone to resolve this issue?

Now when I call I hear "Your call is very important to us, please wait while we transfer your call to next available agent".

I have routed DID to in-group not in call-menu so how is happening?

Can anyone help?
