Automatically dial alternative phone numbers

Hello,

Is it possible to automatically dial the alternative phone numbers when the dialler does not make contact on first number?

We have up to 7 phone numbers for 1 person. I want the dialler to automatically dial alternative numbers if it cannot get contact on the first number. It must stop dialing alternative numbers once contact is made. For example it may have 7 numbers for 1 person, but I makes contact on the 3rd number. It should not dial the other alternative numbers for that person is a “human answer status is used”.

Have a look at the 'Auto Alt-Number Dialing' campaign setting.
