Goautodial Recording Issue

Hello,

We are using goautodial 2.1, After the call disconnect also automatically call is recorded for more than 1 Hour, It is like weird issue facing in vicidial distribution.

Anyone please help me on this issue.

The software you are using is 3 and a half years old. I would suggest trying a newer Vicibox ISO installed version.
