install HTML::TreeBuilder
install Switch
install Time::Local

6. Enabled Allow Emails in Campaign Settings
7. Added /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_inbound_email_parser.pl in cronttab -e
8. sendemail service working fine

After following these many steps i am unable to receive any emails.

Note: Already i tried Email configurations in Vicibox_v.6.0.x86_64-6.0.3.iso but No Help | There is no column in Allow email in vicidial_campaigns table.

I have never tested the email functionality with GoAutoDial, only with Vicibox. There could be some other things missing, or configurations that need to be changed to get it to work on that platform.

What dbschema version were you on that had no allow_emails column in vicidial_campaigns?

We just configured a client on vicibox 6.0.3 with email, so I know it works.

Dear Matt,

I do understand you make email function worked in vicidial, B'coz you are the creator, I am asking you kindly guide what do i need to do for making this option works.
Have gone thru the documentation "EMAIL HANDLING DOC Started: 2012-12-23 Updated: 2013-04-25"
However its not helping to receive and sending an email.

Thanks
Isravel

We only test and support Vicidial on OpenSuSE. If you use CentOS, you're on your own. We recommend using Vicibox for installations, Email integration is very simple using OpenSuSE.
