Caller ID

If I enable the In-Group Manual Dial, is there a way for me display one of the DIDs using that ingroup as the caller ID rather than the phone number of whichever campaign I happen to be in?

That's what the "Group Aliases" are for.

Thanks, mflorrell. Very helpful as usual. I got it working but as another user previously posted I had to set both the number and the name to the desired phone number in order for it to work. It may just be that anything except null or empty placed in the name field would get it working but since it worked when I copied in the phone number I didn't fool with it again.
