Ranking Level

Hi,

I have working on inbound server using below the configuration and setup-ed raking level for each ingroup . But agent is receiving the call lower rank level first , which is 9 rank level is not receiving the call first , 1 st ranking level only receiving the call . i found the vicidial form

For Rank, the higher ranked available agent will receive the call first.


My Installation Details

1. Single Server
2 . VERSION: 2.8-403a
3 . BUILD: 130510-1350
4 . No other hardware

how to setup the ranking level

Please Advice

What do you have Next Agent Call set to in the In_Group?

Under each user what do you have the rank set to under Inbound Groups?
