DID level call Answer

Hi ,

I have some doubt , i don't know this is correct or not .

I created one ingroup and mapping to 10 DID for this group and five agents are available in a call . For example 10 calls coming to this group in same time , there is any possibility to particular DID only reaching to agent in first priority . This option available in vicidial or need any custom programming ?

My Installation Details

1. Single Server
2 . VERSION: 2.12-484a
3 . BUILD: 150429-1222
4 . No other hardware

I don't know what you're asking here.

Ingroups can have agent ranking to determine who gets the calls in which order ...? But if you only want the calls to go to a certain group of agents, but not others, they should not be in the same ingroup. That's what ingroups are for: grouping together agents to share inbound calls.
