System putting calls on hold

Hi Guys, currently when all agents are in pause status, system puts all callers on hold, is there a possibility system forwards them to voicemail box if all agents are in pause status???

You need to goto Inbound in the admin interface.

Click on the ingroup your using.

Find "No Agents No Queueing:" and set to NO_PAUSED

Then on the item below which should be "No Agent No Queue Action:" select "voicemail" Once that is selected the option below should change and allow you to select which mailbox to send calls to.
