Hi experts, Currently running vicidial cluster with one DB+WEB and one telephony server and 95 agents in total. I am having one weird issue agents are automatically going to pause, logging out and also one error there is no one in your session 8...... server load on DB is 1.5 maximum and on telephony almost 4 (dual cpu quad core each). Please help me to remedy this.

I'd immediately add 2 more telephony servers, at least. They don't have to be that powerful at all, any recent quad-core with 4-8GB RAM would do it.
The fact that the existing telephony machine is powerful doesn't not mean you can put many agents on it, as asterisk does not scale proportionally as you make the machine more powerful.
Next check that time is properly synchronised across the cluster and agent's machines and you don't have issues with the local network.
