Hangup reason discrepancy issue

Hangup reason discrepancy issue

Dear All,

Call has been hangup by the customer and call went on dead call, But hangup reason showing as "AGENT"

Much appreciated if any body tell What could be the reason this report discrepancy?

And this is happening for the calls with 0-12 seconds calls

vicidial 2.4 | Intel Xeon | Sangoma 4 port E1 | Cent OS 5.10

First of all, I would suggest upgrading your system. Vicidial 2.4 is several years old at this point, and we have made a lot of logging improvements since then.
