Hello Matt and Vicidial Family,

Is it possible to integrate INGENIOUS Connector (http://ingenius.com) to our VICIDIAL System, where the goal is the agents will be using one software application for all
transactions (its like combining multiple software into one by using ingenius connector to integrate it with vicidial)

Regards,
RJ

Vicidial has integration tools, all CRMs have integration tools ... ingenius also has integration tools. Yep, that's what those integration tools are for. Very possible. By using the non-agent api, the dispo_url, web form url, and even the agent api (and let's not forget direct mysql pull and push of data).

But here's the trick: "integration" is not a single word solution. Information has to move from A to B. There must be a trigger event and a data map to determine which data should go where, before you can move the data. That's where the work comes in.

And before you ask: It's not always the same. Different people assume that the data should go in different places based on their personal experience and perspective. And yet, no two are alike. LOL

We charge $100 for a basic integration between Vicidial and a CRM (no custom fields, one table in Vici to one module in the CRM, with one trigger which is USUALLY the Disposition of a terminated call). After that, it just "grows" as you identify more information to transfer and more "moments" it should occur.
