I can't say where you would look for a carrier for australia, but there are thousands of them in the USA. Many of whom have been mentioned on this site. Some will even give you a few minutes free so you can test their services before actually dropping any money.

Actually, I'm not allowed to recommend directly (work-product and all) unless you're a client. However, I looked up one of the guys who listed himself here ... and found that list which looks promising. Can't say I know anyone on it, but it seems like a good place to start trying sources.
