When my agents try and take calls they get "ERROR: Call 2 could not be grabbed" - can someone help me with this

Please provide a detailed description of "try and take calls", as there are many options available. Be sure to specify the path of the call being grabbed as well, it could be relevant.
Also be sure to include your installation method (with link or version of .iso installer).
