IVR Inbound and Wait Time Option

Hi Vicidial,

Specification:

ViciBox 6.0.4.(iso) | Asterisk 1.8.32-3-vici | VERSION: 2.12-538a BUILD: 160122-1401 | Cluster Setup | Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2680 V3 @ 2.5GHz | 16GB DDR4 RAM | 1TB (SAS) 10kRPM |No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Virtualized on XenServer

I have a few questions:

IVR:
In IVR, we could play multiple wav files using | symbol. How could we play music files/wav files with delay? for Ex. music01 then 1 sec delay music 02
As of now, what I did was go to the extensions-vicidial.conf file and put WaitExten(1) manually. Is there another way? This is because sometimes I change something in the GUI and then I need again to reenter WaitExten(1).

Wait Time Option:
Could I change the Wait Time press menu from 1,2,3 to a different number? I am looking in to the extensions-vicidial.conf and can't seem to find where is the code of the Wait Time Option. Could I create a different dialplan for different Inbound Groups? For me to be able to customize Wait Time Options based on our client requirements and not being stucked with 1,2,3.
