Hello everyone , just wanna share my experience with you guyz that if you are running IVR and voice broadcasting campaign then you may get the capacity handling problem from your voip provider, i am using tier 3 voip with reasonable rate for USA/CANADA , or in case of help you can contact me

Hello All, I had a question that how can i route press 1 survey call to ingroup. becuase in Survey campaign option there is no option to route the call directly to in group. Please suggest.
