Calls are not being recorded after one hour
Posted: Thu Oct 13, 2016 1:27 amCalls are not being recorded after 60 minutes in goautodial 3.0. Is there any possibilities to retrieve the older recordings else how to extend the recording time.
Found the settings.
Have to extend the recording time limit in Admin --> Server --> Recording limit.
