inbound queue information

Hi,

Can we display inbound queue information for each agent in realtime_report.php ? Agents are part of different queues like Agent 1 to 3 need to select Queue1, Queue2 and Agent 4 to 6 needs to select Queue 3 & 4 during their login, now supervisor need to know which agent is login into which queue

That is what the plus sign "+" is for next to the agent name. Just click it and you can see what in-groups the agent has selected.

Another quick question, we have multiple DIDs that route calls to same ingounp. Is there anyway to show DIDs is being called on live calls realtime_report.php report.

There is not currently any way to see the origination DID of an inbound call in the Real-time report.
