Posted: Mon Dec 05, 2016 6:38 ami have cofigure 2 Port DGM card and configure Vicibox and create 2 campaign. If we are doing manual calling the recording is completely done and when we are calling via the campaign the recordings are not being comepleted.

Second, you have not listed the versions you are using.
Third, you have not included any Asterisk CLI output, or settings on the campaigns you are having problems with.
Fourth, your title is misleading, this appears to have nothing to do with the size of your recordings.
