System delay dialing manual

there is a huge delay with both the connection and the disengage of calls, this in turn presents errors such as on hangup after dispo it still states that the call is active/live, live call on screen without agent dialing new number, when you press dial next number it states: system delay - code: 74776-1-0,

I wanna know where I must check the logs or where are the logs to check this.

There are logs (lots of them) in /var/log/astguiclient /var/log/apache2 /var/log/asterisk plus a bunch of "log tables" in the mysql database. And network logs and system logs in /var/log

Any of the logs could have information. But you didn't post any you've already checked.

I will say that this can be caused by bad DNS or by a system overload affecting mysql, apache, or networking.

I also note you gave the "max agents" value, but this value is useless without context. If you want to give a single value, give "max number of simultaneous calls" (this would include live agents, live customers, and ringing calls, one number).
