System delay to show agent form

I'm experiencing a great delay in my configuration, here's what I discovered:
1-The agent login call to Zoiper is correct but to display the agent screen it takes 2 minutes approx.

2-Pressing dial to call has a delay of approximately 1min when rings ring immediately answers the call but to display the script lasts 2m.

3-At the moment of disposal take 2 min.

How can I debug vicidial to see the

The calls enter correctly and do not sound choppy, apparently no problem with asterisk.
We are monitoring the server and barely up to 20% processing the memory does not exceed 30%.

Server
8GB RAM
8Core
VERSION: 2.12-565a
BUILD: 160827-0917

Any clues or any ideas will be sooo apreciated.

Web resources could be heavily loaded, and all your web sockets may be used.
