Reset Real-Time Data and Campaign Stat

Postby rbbumanlag » Mon Mar 13, 2017 7:26 pm

Hi,

ViciBox 6.0.4.(iso) | Asterisk 1.8.32-3-vici | VERSION: 2.14-594a BUILD: 170226-0850 | Cluster Setup | Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2609 V3 | 16GB DDR4 RAM | 1TB (SAS) |No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Virtualized on XenServer

Question:

I need to shutdown the server by around 6-7PM and turn it on around 8PM due to the operational requirements. I adjusted the time of the crontab on my web and Database Server, and Asterisk Server. But when I login unto the campaign and checked the realtime report, I was not able to reset the values of the agents.

Real time Campaign and Campaign Statistics are not resetting counters. And everyday, calls are appending into a single date on the Campaign Stats. so it is not resetting.

I run /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_reset_mysql_vars.pl but still the data on the Real Time Report per agent and Campaign Stat is not reset to 0.

Thanks!

What is your "Timeclock End of Day" set to in System Settings?

That's the time that the defined Voicemail Server will run the reset queries for the daily call tallies in the system.

Timeclock end of day is set to 0000. could I manually override this to reset the counters for Campaign stats and Real time monitoring?

Yes, you can set it to whatever time you want.
