Hangup Reason NONE

Hi Vicidial,

Specification:
ViciBox 6.0.4.(iso) | Asterisk 1.8.32-3-vici | VERSION: 2.12-538a BUILD: 160122-1401 | Cluster Setup | Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2680 V3 @ 2.5GHz | 16GB DDR4 RAM | 1TB (SAS) 10kRPM |No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Virtualized on XenServer

Problem:

We are getting Hangup Reason NONE on some of the agents calls. Upon observation, there was a talk time of "0" on the lead. But upon checking the recording, the talk time is about 3 min. then the call record is around 2hrs. Call LENGTH is also not shown on the lead.

We are getting this status from time to time. But based on our utilization on our Cacti, we are not reaching half of the performance of our server.

If I do a core reload on asterisk, will it be one of the reasons?
