Sales Manager wondering how to dial the most recent new leads. We gather a large amount of new leads as a day progresses but we don't end up calling the most recent new lead and instead dial the oldest new lead and work up. After reading different posts it seems there is not a lot of clarity.

Some say down count and then LEAD_DESCEND for the secondary. Anyone have a definitive.

Problem: lead created now and dialed later
Desired outcome: lead created now and dialed now

There are a lot of factors to take into consideration, and the hopper loading process is actually very complex, given all of the dialing options that are available. If you are only concerned with the most recent NEW leads dialing first, then you would want to use the List Order of DOWN_COUNT with the List Order Secondary of LEAD_DESCEND.
