VICI with asterisk-11.22.0-vici.tar.gz

HI there guys i have install this version from my Ubuntu server and as per instruction by Matt Florell, that i need to do - make menuselect and select app_meetme in application
But i can see any app_meetme on the application section, Any ideas on this guys. Thanks
