We are unable to pause agent panel

Hello,

We have installed vicidial 2.12 version from scratch installation. We enabled Enable Manual Dial Auto Next in system setting option. After that we enabled Manual Auto Next Seconds : 10 and dial method is manual in campaign setting. After that we tested this functionality from agent panel. After first number dial system automatically dial the number in next 10 seconds after complete the call. Its working fine.

But we are facing issue is that. If we want to pause the system for dial the next number. We are not getting any option for same.

Can you help us on it.

This is how the feature was designed for the client that commissioned it. If the agent does not want to dial, they have to log out.
