Incorrect Status on campaign realtime Appear

Hi anyone can help my campaign realtime status still appears dialing even the campaign is already disable and still the dialing status still on going, but on asterisk no activity at all

That are probably from old calls still stuck in the database as live. This is usually caused by a misconfiguration of some kind if they are not clearing out.
