archive server disable asterisk

Postby jpwalsh75 » Tue Jul 25, 2017 11:35 am

When I installed my archive server I enabled telephony and web.
Can I turn off asterisk and any cron jobs without re-installing?
Is it is as simple as commenting out of "crontab -e"?

I am having sporadic issues where recordings are not moving over to the archive server from all 3 dialers.
This started when we moved offices and changed the external IP's and increased number of agents to 40 from 30.
/etc/astguiclient.conf has always been set to use the internal IP.
Running the transfer script "/usr/share/astguiclient/AST_CRON_audio_3_ftp.pl --MP3 --debugX" does not provide any clues as it seems a matter of load or random time of day. Files appear to transfer but may not.
NTP is set to use 1 server.
Rebooting does not help.

Vicidial.com install from USB v7.0
Cluster setup: database, 3 dialers, 1 slave, 1 archive
VERSION: 2.14-615a
BUILD: 170516-0632

Hi,

1. You can check first your astguiclient.conf settings if the FTP details were correct.
2. Check your /etc/vsftpd.conf if local_enable=YES and local_umask=022. If not then change it and restart vsftpd.
3. Enable /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_CRON_audio_3_ftp.pl in crontab.
