Survey No Response Action

In the
SURVEY SETTINGS FOR THIS CAMPAIGN, under the survey tab

The Admin Help (?) says

OPTOUT will send the customer on to the Survey Method even if they do not press a dtmf digit

The Managers Manual says
Optout if they do not press a digit, then the customer line will be hung up

Could you tell me what actually happens?

The help would be true, OPTOUT will send all calls to the Survey Method. OPTIN will only send calls to the Survey Method if the DTMF is entered by the customer.

The best thing to do is test it on your system yourself. You can enable Test Calls in system settings, then place test calls right from the Campaign Detail screen at the bottom.
