on hook feature with parallel multiple call on agent screen

Hello,

We have install vicidial 2.11 version with scratch installations. We are using inbound setup with on hook feature of phone.
When ever any incoming call coming on dialer it should ring on phone and on answer of the phone, Its landed to agent panel. Its working fine.

Existing functionality :
===================
When ever any incoming call landed on server its ringing to phone extension according to call distribution algorithm. At the same time new incoming call landed on server and first call not answer by agent then next incoming call added into the queue if agent are still available for take the call.

This functionality is working.

Functionality require :
===================
We have five agents login into dialer with on hook feature. First incoming call landed on server and its ringing on first agent phone extension. At the same time new incoming call landed on server then it should ring on another free agents extension number rather then call added into queue.

On-hook is meant for low-volume in-groups, it will not work in the way you describe. I would suggest you use standard off-hook agent phones if you are planning on having a higher call volume.
