We installed vicidial 2.11 with asterisk 1.4 version from scratch installation. We created one campaign and we run that campaign on RATIO mode. When we dial any calls manually from that campaign via manual dial link. After completion of that call, when we resume again, in few seconds we are getting your session has been paused message.

We verify all the parameter with network, server or configuration level. But there is no any luck.

Can you suggest us for same.

I would suggest upgrading to the latest svn/trunk version, we have made several fixes to the agent screen in the last year that may help.
